City & area pages

16 pages

Each page is written for that area specifically: the homes, the sun, the lake or the wind. No copy-paste pages with only the city name swapped. Area pages cover a group of neighboring towns, so smaller towns get real coverage without a thin page of their own. These go live after you approve the ZIP list.

8 city pages

The cities with the most searches for patio shades, the most work, or both.

8 area pages

Groups of nearby towns where you've had steady work.

City pages

Fort Worth/service-area/fort-worth
Your second-busiest city. A competitor ranks #1 here with its own Fort Worth page; today you only show up from your homepage.
To build
Southlake/service-area/southlake
Southlake, Grapevine, Colleyville, Keller, WestlakeOne of your busiest areas, and home to the Colleyville project photos used across the site.
To build
Frisco/service-area/frisco
The most-searched suburb for patio shades.
To build
McKinney/service-area/mckinney
McKinney, AllenThe second most-searched suburb.
To build
Plano/service-area/plano
Strong search demand, mostly established homes with covered patios already in place.
To build
Arlington/service-area/arlington
More finished installs than any other suburb.
To build
Granbury Lake/service-area/granbury
Granbury and Lake GranburyA lake market with little local competition.
To build
Corsicana Lake/service-area/corsicana
Corsicana and the Richland-Chambers areaThe lake area you asked us to include. We'll use your lake-view video here.

Area pages

Prosper & Celina/service-area/prosper-celina
Prosper, CelinaFast-growing, new-build towns. Together they get about as many searches as Fort Worth.
To build
Weatherford & Aledo/service-area/weatherford-aledo
Weatherford, Hudson Oaks, Aledo, Willow ParkOne of your strongest areas west of Fort Worth.
To build
Rockwall area/service-area/rockwall
Rockwall, Heath, Rowlett, ForneySteady work around Lake Ray Hubbard.
To build
Flower Mound & Argyle/service-area/flower-mound-argyle
Flower Mound, Argyle, Northlake, BartonvilleRepeat installs around Argyle, and strong search demand in Flower Mound.
To build
Roanoke & Haslet/service-area/roanoke-haslet
Roanoke, Haslet, Trophy Club, JustinThe growing north Fort Worth corridor, with steady work.
To build
Waxahachie area/service-area/waxahachie
Waxahachie, Midlothian, Red OakSouth of Dallas. You told us the south side matters.
To build
Burleson area/service-area/burleson
Burleson, Crowley, Cleburne, MansfieldSouth of Fort Worth. Mansfield only shows service work so far: should it be on this page?
Your call
Possum Kingdom Lake/service-area/possum-kingdom
Graford and the Possum Kingdom areaWhere the homepage hero photos were taken. The work there so far is service, not installs: do you want this lake area in?
Your call
Why there's no Dallas page: your homepage already ranks #1 for Dallas patio shade and screen searches. A separate Dallas page would compete with it, so Dallas stays with the homepage. We'll revisit this a couple of months after launch.

What we need from you

  1. Approve the ZIP list. It's the spreadsheet attached to the email. Most ZIPs are already marked Keep. Look at the yellow "Your call" rows first (mostly towns 50+ miles out) and pick Keep or Drop. This list drives the ZIP checker and unlocks all 16 city and area pages.
  2. OK the city and area pages above, or tell us what to add or cut. Is there a city you especially want to show up in?
  3. Three area questions: Should Mansfield go on the Burleson page? Is the Possum Kingdom / Graford area in? Do you work in Highland Park, University Park or Preston Hollow? (They'd make a strong page if so.)
